If I'm being honest with you, there will probably be a mixed bag of girls. If AXO is smart they will try to emulate the top chapters on campus with looks. A colony is great if your an upper classman. They will take Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores. They will also probably find some gems that other sororities didn't take. Recruitment is all about first impressions. Sometimes shy women have a hard time through formal recruitment. There are a lot of opportunities for a colony member as opposed to a chapter that has been on campus for awhile. There will be lots of leadership opportunities for women of any age. A Freshman could be the President for instance.
