I was in your exact position when I got a bid and here are the factors: 1. Your personality and how well you get along with everyone obviously 2. How old you look (If you look like you're 30 it might be a little tougher) 3. What year you are. If you're already an upperclassmen it will also be tougher To be honest there are some houses that are straight up not about bidding someone that's older but it's whatever, the majority don't care as long as you're good in those 3 ^
