Both houses are equally bad in their own ways, But for a house like phi kappa tau to be on campus for twenty or more years and not be relevant amazes me. Houses like Sammy and ZBT started less than 10 years ago and have made amazing strides. Pi kapp has only been back for 2 and is way above some other houses. But in the end phi kappa tau is around 30 guys. The other houses have 100+ members. They need to grow to be relevant.
