To "correct me if I'm wrong" No, Alpha Phi is not a top house at Alabama...not even close. Top houses are AXO, Phi Mu, Kappa, KD, DDD and XO. AXO and Phi Mu are considered by many to be the very top. APhi is considered a lower tier house and I think they always have been. It's hard for "newer" houses to ever break out of the lower tiers when they go to a school like Alabama where Greek life is so intense and the top (and even mid-tier) tier houses haven't' changed in forever. Really, tiers don't change anywhere except in a few rare cases.
