U of A typically only has about 8-10 solid frats at a time. It should be fairly evident during rush which ones are good, and which ones aren't. I wouldn't necessarily base your opinion on what someone on GR says about a house, because it can change over the course of a year or two. Some houses may have a little more of a west coast vibe, or something like that, but it doesn't matter too much in the grand scheme of things.
