These are my unbiased frat rankings. Feel free to disagree but this is what the majority of students think at the moment. Top: (Toss ups for most honestly) Sigma Chi Made solid strides recently Ksig Pike (Great parties, being off the row will always ding them a little) SAE Upper Middle: Theta Chi/ Sammy (tie) Theta chi has always thrown some great parties with chill dudes but off the row they can only go so high. Sammy is making huge strides lately. Solid parties, probably top tier by next fall or so Middle Tier: Beta Consistantly good parties and guys AEPI Slowly sliding down this list as every week goes by. Not many parties at all this semester ZBT Making solid progress these past few years Pi kapp is also heating up. Party last week was lit. Moving up fast Lower middle KA Not much happening for these guys lately. Need to throw down more Sig ep known for nerdy guys.
