Not sure I would characterize Zbt as a bottom tier. I feel you have to give credit to houses doing well they threw two pretty huge registered parties this year. I feel they are what asig was before they got kicked off. Same with ksig n sig chi ksig use to be undoubtedly top now they can barley throw down making room for sig chi n pike to take over.
