Yes it is becoming harder for parties, but ZBT got shut down because 150 girls tried to break down their gate to see Two Friends. They started up again shortly after. Its only my second year here but the parties aren't like last year were every frat threw a party every Thursday. But there are still decent days were a lot of frats do. IFC is just being stricter bc of Penn State, UCLA and other schools were greek like is not banned.
