Ok, thanks! I know that my chapter nationally has a policy on voting I just didn't know if it was lax here. My chapter was pretty lax about it and let anyone who transfers reaffiliate (which was kinda annoying when girls who clearly shouldn't be in our chapter for one reason or another would reaffiliate and wear our letters).
