Ha, you make it sound like Tri Delt's only option is to build a brand house but you conveniently ignore the investment risks. I know Tri Delt's are pretty dumb but are they really so dense that they think dumping money into a new house in this environment is a guaranteed investment? You also didn't answer my earlier question: how is a new house going to magically solve 'The Tri Delt Stigma' when a new house hasn't done anything for Sig Ep? Phi Delt also has one of the newer houses on campus, relatively speaking, so how's that working out for them? How about PIKE and Gphi? People make fun of their houses but they are stronf chapters and do just fine during rush. How are they able to do so well with less than stellar facilities, but somehow Tri Delt can't pull it together?
