OK?!? I never said anything about recolonizing. Just that it's smarter for Tri Delt's housing board to rent their house out and keep a steady flow of income going, than to incur negative income on all the costs associated with planning and building a new house plus higher maintenance and property taxes after it is built. The biggest alumni donors are not feel-good philanthropists, they're investors. And investors are by nature risk averse.
