No one's getting tri delt's house. Their housing corp owns it and nationals already has plans for a new facility. To "Based A" who thinks it's "risky" to build a house.. just no. You know whats risky? Starting a new colonization without addressing what needs to be fixed in order for a chapter to thrive. Colonizations are expensive. They know they need competitive housing to be able to thrive on campus. Trust me on this. Tri delt nationals already has plans for a new house and its not exactly a secret.
