No one. They own it. It belongs to them. And they're most likely demolishing it and rebuilding for when they come back in 4-5 years. The reason ASA doesn't have a house is NOT because there aren't any houses for them. It's because they INTEND TO REMAIN UNHOUSED. Everyone needs to understand that. Especially girls who are rushing who ASA is trying to dupe into thinking they're going to have a house.
