Not all "ritual" is secret ritual. But it's still technically ritual even if no one calls it that. We do a ritual for pledges to "formally pledge" them. But obviously since they're not initiated members, that ceremony isn't secret. She probably took it down because it's not a good idea to put that stuff out there when there is so much criticism of Greek life lately in the media and people can take things WAY out of context. For example, we ask our pledges to sign a book, and pledge themselves to tri delt. But imagine all the ways people could distort that if they tried. But rest assured, the link did not contain any of our secret rituals. Sorry to burst your bubble.
