The housing situation is so tight here it could go either way for a 4 year 3D recolonization. It is smart to want to come back. They'd been back since Fall 1988 so that's nearly 30 years on their second attempt. Six NPC's have been on campus two or three times, and 19 of the 26 NPC groups have been here at some point. Five of the seven who have never been here have smaller overall total membership numbers, thus likely lower available alum help numbers for a colony. It is very important to remember how recently difficult it was to get ANY NPC GROUP to want to colonize here! ASA was the ONLY NPC to present and to say yes when we finally invited them to do so.
