In order Top: Kappa Sig, Pike Upper Middle: Sigma Chi, SAE Middle: Beta, AEPi, Lower Middle: Sammy, KA, ZBT, Pi Kapp, Sig Ep Bottom: Zeta Psi, Phi Delt, TDX, Theta Xi, AKL I would say this is a fair list. I believe Pi Kapp is rising this year they’re doing pretty well. Pike is a top house (great parties, and girls love em) they also had a very good PC. AEPis rough PCs are bringing them down now. Sig Ep is going downhill.
