@DUALIPA You have several people in this thread trying to tell you that you're too old, but you keep coming up with excuses. Bottom line is that it is incredibly weird for a 24 year old to want to join a frat. (Unless you're military) You would actually be considered riskier than freshmen pledges because of your age. You won't bond with your pledge class, you'll creep out all the girls at our parties, and we don't need a 24 year old to do our alc runs for us. We have plenty of guys who are 21. You say it matters more about what year in school you are, but that's not true. Yes, it matters if we're trying to choose between a freshman and a junior, but not if a 24 year old sophomore is rushing. I know for a fact it will be an automatic NO from my frat, despite how cool and chill you think you are. (I promise you're not as cool as you think you are if you actually want to hang out with a bunch of 18 year olds) 6 years doesn't seem like a huge age difference, but there's a huge maturity gap between even 18 and 22 year olds. 24 is way too old. Sorry dude.
