No. Larger rush = larger pledge class. Smaller rush = smaller pledge class. The same rate of guys get bids in fall and spring theoretically. You'll only have a better chance if you improve something about yourself, whether it be grades, social skills, or looks. But if you were cut in the fall, and you really have no idea why, you're not going to get a bid in the spring.
