So I keep hearing that the first house you pick will only take you if your place on their list is in the quota, and your second pick has to take you regardless. Idk if I misunderstood that but if your top choices are gphi 1st, theta 2nd, and piphi 3rd, would you be better off making piphi your first choice and gphi second so that you're guaranteed to get into gphi whether or not you're in the quota? Hope that makes sense.
