Actually no. Stop saying things like that. They have already made it clear they want to be an unhoused sorority. There is no real estate. They have no money. The ONLY reason ASA came to U of A to colonize is because they WANT to be an unhoused sorority. Panhellenic wouldn't have accepted their bid to colonize if their intention was to eventually have property. If you were actually there for the presentation you would know this.
