Arizona isn't a huge southern school where having "old money" or money in general is a big deal. Money only matters to us if you don't have enough to pay for dues. We're not going to choose one PNM over another JUST because she comes from a wealthy area. But we WILL choose a PNM over another if we know for a fact one is lower class or she is paying tuition by herself. It's honestly nothing personal, we just want to give bids to girls who will be in it for all 4 years. You'd be surprised by how many girls go through rush who can't even afford 1 semester of being in a sorority.
