Hi tri delt or clueless guy. A small fraternity is not the same as a small sorority. Sororities have quota. They have something called "total" which all houses are supposed to meet. Tri delta cannot make quota or total. If you think their "idea" is to say small, you are mistaken. They are trying to recruit more members and failing. A few years ago they were doing just fine, and now they are on the verge of losing their charter.
