ALL sororities have mixers and go out, so if you're interested in that, don't choose a house based on it. There are girls who go hard in every single chapter. You're smart to be looking for a home and a good sisterhood. For "genuine" and "chill" I would say G Phi, DZ, KD, and Zeta are safe bets, but there are women who fit that description in EVERY chapter. You'll be able to find people like you in any chapter that feels good to you during recruitment. 95% of your sorority experience will be determined by how well you like your sisters (as opposed to outside reputation), so go with your instincts.
