Theta is still top tier as well as pike. Literally just the same social climbing sororitys and frats taking over greek rank. Sorority/ fraternity relations speak for themselves, and the fact is that theta mainly mixes with pike and Sae, kappa with old sig and sae, tri delt with Pike and zbt. This isn't changing anytime soon, especially not after one pledge class. The conjoined effort by aphi & sigma chi to claim top houses is ridiculous.
