The sorority list is on point, thought I might bump DZ to middle tier. The fraternity list is definitely not totally correct. Pike will realistically be kicked off campus relatively soon, and SAE has the volume but not the quality. I wouldn't say there's a definitive top tier fraternity this year, though sigma chi/delt definitely should be bumped to "top" if there is one.
