here is a ranking with a combination of taking into account how rush is going this year, plus how rush went last year and the sorority relations of each frat which will be more important when people get back from abroad. Top: All fairly similar, with these being the best three historical houses over the last few years. SigNU/Lambda helped by having a house this year. ZBT hurt by not having an on campus house this year, but helped that they have more older class involvement since they are still ZBT and not a new fraternity. These three generally compete for the same pool of rushes every year. ZBT Sig Nu (Old Sig Chi) / Lambda (Old Pike) Tier 2: Less established sorority relations, but very fun and good houses that throw consistent parties. Delt / Fiji AEPi
