<strong>Subject:</strong><br />Frat Rush Advice<br /><br /> Poster Message:
To all the freshman rushing right now there are a few things to keep in mind to determine which house is your best fit. While some frats might be dirty rushing kids like crazy, most on campus frats haven't really began their real rush process. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet brothers and get to know people so don't worry. Here is a list of things to consider when going through the process. 1. Trust your instincts and go where you feel is the best place for you. If you feel that they are trying to sell you to join, it is likely the case and they are desperate for new members. Also if they are talking bad about any of the other frats to you then this is clearly the case. 2. Talk to other people going through the rush process and see what they are thinking and where they want to go. Historically the frats each have geographic pull so this might not apply to people from very specific areas as they will likely know where they already fit by default. 3. If you can talk to girls that you trust especially any upperclassmen they will likely have the best idea where you should go. Note: some are biased to certain frats so talk to as many as you can and it will be clear. 4. If you care about rankings then you are rushing for the wrong reason.
