Thank you for sharing this! I agree 100% that all clubs are not always what they are advertised to be. I struggled so hard socially my freshman year and still struggled when i first got into my sorority (upper-mid tier) in January. It was only when I embraced the community was I able to truly see the good in it and how caring everyone in my sorority is. Without the love and support of my sisters this past year my mental health would probably have made me drop out of NU (and maybe college for good). The support in this community saved me from getting to this bad place
