Frats Analysis Top Tier ZBT Sig Chi Pike -ZBT still exclusive, good parties - Sig Chi top parties, chill vibes -Pike still the boys evaded probation, fratty vibes -all rushing the top boys, biggest frats socially on campus and dominate bar night/party scene Middle Tier Phi Psi, Phi Delt Delt, AePi, Sig Nu, Delta Chi - throwing a lot of okay parties -not too many of top kids are looking at these - Phi Psi and AePi only 2 in this tier that parties are okay even though, AePi probably has had best parties in this tier Bottom Tier Sig Ep, Lambda Chi, DU, FIJI, SAE -not a lot of momentum going for these -SAE trying to get people over to there house but no freshmen wants to go because of stigma surrounding them -rest doing pretty bad socially
