Nope, how it works is that there's something called "total" on campuses - which is the average size of a sorority. After Bid Night and all the new members are added onto rosters, total is calculated and if the number of all members in your chapter is below total, you can COB and if the number of all members is above total you can't. So, if the new member classes were small, that just means that total will be lower. It won't change how many bids can be offered through COB, all that determines that is the discrepancy in size between a chapter and total.
