I'm in the process of rushing and this a pretty fair assessment. It's unfair to have rankings right now because kids are still making decisions, but as it stands this is accurate. Putting Phi Psi over Pike is definitely excessive, Pike and Sig Chi are probably on the same level. ZBT should definitely claim top house after rush is done. AEPi is doing well but I think this is harsh on Delt. Also, everyone will end up in the right place.
