This campus already has enough fraternities that the bottom few have a hard time filling PCs. Adding a new one would be stupid. Also there's no house for them and i think in order for a new chapter to colonize at NU a place for them to live has to be available. This is why I don't get why Theta Chi is coming back so soon - its gonna be hard for them to get guys and the only place for them is the 4th floor of that dorm again and we all saw how that worked out last time
