TOP Pike, ZBT, Phi Psi, SigChi (in order) MID Upper: Phi Delt Mid: Delt/Beta Lower: AEPi/SigNu BOTTOM Upper: DX,DU Mid: Lambda Bottom: SigEp, FIJI Reasonings: Among the top four, there seems to be a clear pecking order. No debate, Pike is better than ZBT. SigChi has slipped down the drain due to the assault allegations and deactivations and bad PC, enough that Phi Psi has passed them Too early to call as to whether Delt goes to upper mid with Phi Delt or stays in mid mid with Beta. Great PC, but yet to be seen if their sorority relations or parties improve to enough to go upper mid. Certainly possible, if not likely, but it's just too early to say they deserve that spot. Beta stays in mid mid despite the down year. Can't say that AEPi or Sig Nu have improved enough to match them. DU got a pretty decent PC, and likely can move into the middle tier in a year or two Lambda got screwed the most by rush, but to put them down with FIJI and SigEp would be a stretch.
