Honestly takes 2 years. Look at phi psi. They went from dead middle tier to upper (ya they are deal with it Sig chi). All it takes are back to back solid classes, or back to back bad classes Delt is probably on the way up from the looks of things. So is Sigma Nu. DU is going up (even though still irrelevant). Sig chi is falling. Beta is falling. Lambda is falling lower.
