So some of the mid tiers are doing COB on the down low and the bottom sororities are emailing everyone who even went through recruitment. Top tier doesn't do cob, as a person in one of the top tier sororities, nationals doesn't want us to do cob but it depends on the sorority. So girls if you want to cob, you better know someone who will vouch for you. Con is more selective than regular recruitment because most mid tier only need 3-5 girls most times.This is a second chance for people who couldn't join!".
