Kappa has a terrible retention rate. Pi phi has a bad retention rate. Theta did too, but again, this pledge class hasn't had as many issues. DG and a phi have pretty great retention rates, I think a phi only lost 3 girls (excluding seniors), DG has lost none so far. gamma phi has a high retention rate too. That means girls are happy there.
