OK Theta's PC might be bleh but you can't forget about the sophs, juniors, seniors But crazy greekrank stalkers arents going to change the fact that this year its: Tridelt Kappa/Theta Pi Phi/Aphi (especially is Aphi starts being more social) DG .. the rest DG's PC is worse than thetas, pi phi is staying pretty consistent, aphi is on the up, but they're girls are boring...nice n' sweet but nothing extraordinary
