Farfalle has made moves. -Tortellini is NOT top tier, so stop saying they are. Maybe when you're featured in more dishes, sure. -Elbow macaroni can go either Middle or Upper Middle. Depends on personal preference. -Rigatoni is FALLING -Rotelle, stop saying you're "on the rise" because you've literally been in zero pasta dishes since those weird versions of pasta salad.
