The truth is that since every Greek org has its ritual that's secret to outsiders I know some orgs modified their rituals over the years to make it more friendly. Some organizations may have a reputation of hazing in the past, but not anymore. From what I heard, Tri del is a very good organization and they do not haze. I'm not from tridel but this is the feedback I got from a couple of friends in tridel.
