Sigma chi is on that list, and not sure phi delt belongs. Sigma chi is top four at SMU and TCU, and top five at UT. Those are the only schools that matter Phi delt is good at TTU and TCU, ok at SMU and suck everywhere else. You can't "run the state" unless you at least have a decent chapter at UT.
