ADPi got quota plus which is great. The reason they are open to such a large pledge class is because they have struggled quite a bit in the past five years. Also, if Tri Delt and Pi Phi didn't make quota it's because they opted to take fewer girls. They just didn't see the quality they wanted and decided to bid below quota.
