UT sororities are 2k-2.5k/semester, so we are about the same as what you are paying...."living in" is approx the same cost of some lower costs dorms (10k/academic year) ....it's usually considered "a deal" to live at the chapter house. The frats are a different storey, tho....about 5.-6.k/semester for mid and top tier.
