In the spring I'm considering between rushing/pledging Phi Kap (Skulls), which are definitely newer but have a really solid group of guys, or LXA, which has some solid guys and are more established, but don't really have a house right now. What do you think the pro's and con's would be for each house? What do you know about the two fraternities? I went to rush events for both in the fall and was offered a bid to each but could not pledge then.
