The house is happening, they just sold their old one to another chapter. They wouldn't have done that if there wasn't a plan to move somewhere new. But a house does not a top tier chapter make. Having a big fraternity house is pretty much a requirement to be in the middle tier, which phi psi already (if barely) had. Their house quality may be stepping up, but they haven't done much with what was arguably one of the better locations in WC and will need to improve their Rushee quality to climb from here.
