Pi Phi is one of the top sororities and heavily choose girls who are either really heavy legacies or have connections? almost all those girls are the wealthy, big-name high school, Hardin house girls. Living in Hardin house isn't going to help you, it's just that typically girls who Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta, and al the other Big 6 sororities want typically live in Hardin.
