oh apartments are a good idea. at least you won't be forced to live around people you have nothing in common with or who weird you out. Trust me. Apartments give you more independence than dorms. I rushed as a sophomore and did extremely well for other reasons, but living in a dorm was a huge mistake my first year. Ew.
