Ok so all of you down voting this REALLY believe that top tier groups here are top tier groups everywhere? Didn't want to do this or be mean but Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta, Tri Delt, Chi O, and Zeta ALL have some chapters that are the bottom of the bottom tier at various schools. Just like SDT, Alpha Xi, DG, KD, and ADPi (going from bottom up at UT) ALL have chapters that are the top of the top tier at various schools. If you think otherwise, you're a complete idiot. I can cite specific examples if needed.
