Obviously Pi Phi can't take and doesn't want every PNM, but if Pi Phi sisters were raised right, they'd be welcoming to everyone while they are in their home, yes, even to the misfits that they'll cut later that night. The goal should be that girls who are released can say "I didn't get a bid from Pi Phi, but they were super nice girls and I had a great time at their house."
