Hazing is the use of humiliating tactics against someone who wants to join or initiate into a group. Pi Phi's dance party is HAZING of PNMs. Panhel should put their foot down. If fines won't make Pi Phi stop doing this to PNMS, then Panhel should enforce other penalties against Pi Phi. Barring them from recruitment or from social events for a year would do it.
