How did this happen? Who the hell voted in favor of this on panhellenic. Was there even a vote? I'd be okay if a PNM can completely drop a chapter is instead of them ranking it last and still showing up. Even when they got a large for them PC almost no one showed up on bid day and very few initiated. This is a mess.
